Tennis BPM (Tennis Body Performance Matrix) is a comprehensive yet practical total body workout and sports & total fitness teaching system that will help you lose fat, eat better, perform more, prevent injury and how to rest smart.

It also offers an additional dual level professional fitness certification program that includes the fundamental fitness and conditioning components of Tennis which can be applied across a wide range of non-Tennis related fitness and different athletic and sports scenarios and settings as well.
